Connection is at the heart of my approach to therapy. Success in therapy is dependent on the client’s relationship with the clinician - so that’s where we start, placing emphasis on our connection first.

You are the expert on your experience - I’m here to walk shoulder to shoulder with you and reflect back your strengths, challenges, and inherent goodness - even if you feel bad. We all have blind spots, and our perspectives are shaped by our life experiences. Therapy offers a new way of seeing, alternative perspectives, and a neutral, supportive presence. Remember, no matter your current struggles or discomfort, You Are Not Broken. We all develop coping strategies that once served us well, but now, we may have outgrown them.
